Learn the parts nobody explained to you

Short, written courses you click through and read at your own pace. No video, no scheduling, no sitting through an hour to reach the part you needed. Written by a partner of this firm, and free.

No cost, no catch

No credit card, no sales call, and nothing to sign up for. Click a course below and start reading.

Twenty minutes, at your pace

Most courses run 20 to 25 minutes, broken into short lessons. Skim it, skip ahead, or come back later. You are not stuck watching a timeline.

Written in English

Code sections live in the worksheet, not the lesson. If you can read a bank statement, you can follow along.

Do I need to sign up to read a course?
No. Click into any course from the library above and start reading right away. The email signup further up the page is optional. It only sends you a note when we publish a new course.
Are these videos?
No. Every course is written: a short sequence of pages you click through and read, with diagrams where they help. You can skim, skip ahead, or reread a section without scrubbing a timeline, and you can work through one quietly at your desk.
Do these qualify for CPE credit?
No. These are free educational materials written for owners and investors, not for licensed accountants, and they are not offered for CPE credit. Formal CPE requires registration with NASBA’s National Registry of CPE Sponsors and compliance with the AICPA/NASBA CPE standards.
Is this advice I can rely on?
These courses are general education. Tax outcomes turn on facts specific to you and on authorities that change frequently. Nothing in a course creates a client relationship or substitutes for engaging a professional to review your circumstances.
Can you teach one of these to my group?
Yes, gladly. We present to businesses, real estate investor groups, and industry associations, at no charge. Ask us about a session.
