Please send documents through the secure portal rather than email. Anything with a Social Security number, an account number, or a date of birth belongs there. Invoices are paid through the portal as well. There is no separate payment link.

Secure document exchange
Documents move through an encrypted client portal protected by multi-factor authentication, instead of ordinary email.
Confidential by standard
Client information is protected under the Tennessee State Board of Accountancy rules of professional conduct and IRC §7216. We do not disclose it without your written consent, except as the law permits or requires.
Security safeguards
We protect client information with administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, and we maintain the written information security plan the FTC Safeguards Rule requires of tax professionals.
