Accessibility
We want this site to work for everyone, including people using assistive technology.

Our goal
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard most commonly referenced for business websites in the United States. This is a goal we work toward and review, not a certification. Our most recent review was a self-evaluation completed on September 30, 2026.
What we have done
- Keyboard access. Links, buttons, form fields, the menu, and expandable sections can be reached and operated with a keyboard, and the focused element is visibly outlined.
- Skip link. A "Skip to content" link is the first thing a keyboard or screen reader user reaches, so the navigation can be bypassed.
- Text alternatives. Photographs and illustrations have written descriptions, and decorative icons are hidden from screen readers.
- Contrast. Text and background colors were measured, not estimated, and body text meets the 4.5 to 1 minimum.
- Structure. Pages use real headings, lists, and landmark regions so screen readers can navigate by structure instead of reading straight through.
- Motion. If your device is set to reduce motion, the fade and slide animations are switched off. Content never depends on an animation to appear, so it remains readable if scripting fails.
- Zoom and small screens. Every page reflows to a screen 320 pixels wide without horizontal scrolling, and text can be enlarged without breaking the layout.
- Forms. Every field has a visible label, required fields are identified to assistive technology, and error and confirmation messages are announced to screen readers rather than shown only visually.
Known limitations
- Embedded map. The map on our Contact page is provided by Google and may not work fully with a keyboard or screen reader. Our address is also written out as text on the Contact page and in the footer, and the "Get directions" link opens directions in Google Maps.
- Client portal. Our secure client portal is operated by an outside provider, and we do not control its design. If you have trouble using it, contact us and we will arrange another secure way to exchange documents.
- Text inside photographs. Some service photographs show printed documents or screens. That printed text is decorative, and nothing you need to use this site appears only inside an image.
